24 Business Hour Cancellation Policy

 

     We require a minimum of 24 business hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• All cancellations must be made by telephone.

• Voicemails left during business hours will be honored based on the time received.

• Text messages, emails, social media messages, or online messages are not accepted as valid cancellation notice.

• Business hours refer only to the salon’s posted operating hours and do not include days the salon is closed.

     

Appointments canceled with less than 24 business hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation.

 

Late Cancellations

Clients who cancel with less than 24 business hours’ notice will be required to pay 50% of the missed appointment costbefore being permitted to book another appointment.

 

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without calling will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

Payment of 100% of the missed service will be required before booking any future appointments.
